Working together

Support that fits the work ahead

Senior digital expertise for startups and growing businesses, through projects, hourly support, or retainers. Cash and equity arrangements are considered for select startups.

Ways to work with us

Some work has a clear finish line. Other priorities need regular attention or room to develop. We can help you choose an arrangement that fits.

Project work

For a defined initiative, such as a website launch, platform integration, or marketing automation setup. We agree on scope, outcomes, timeline, and fees. Fixed fees suit clear requirements; hourly billing supports work still taking shape.

Hourly support

For focused advice, troubleshooting, or improvements to an existing system. Bring in senior expertise for a smaller piece of work, with agreed priorities, an hourly rate, and an estimate based on what we know about the task.

Ongoing retainers

For businesses that need ongoing help with website improvements, analytics, automation, and content operations. We’ll agree on a monthly fee, included support, and how to prioritize the work.

For select startups

A longer-term stake in what you're building

For select startups, we're open to combining cash fees with equity as part of a longer-term working relationship.

We consider these arrangements individually, based on the business, the contribution we can make, and mutual fit. The work and the financial terms need to make sense for both sides.

If you'd like to explore this, tell us what you're building, where the business stands today, and where you need support.

Clear expectations before work begins

We start with your priorities: what needs to change, what's already in place, and any budget or timing constraints. That gives us a basis for recommending the scope and engagement structure.

Before work begins, we agree on responsibilities, fees, and how we'll handle changes. Project scope, hourly rates, and retainer commitments are set out in the proposal so you can assess the arrangement before committing.
